Having developed our kennel over the last thirty eight years, we have expanded our breeding program to incorporate and specialise in scent detection work due to professional demand.

 

All parents are screened and do have all relevant health checks in place, my breeding stock is sound both physically and mentally.

2024 Breeding

Late 2024 we have two litters planned.

 

The 1st litter planned will be with Lady and Red my old stud dog who has now sadly passed. This is a repeat breeding. The litter will be dark tan through to dark Red. This will be a highly trainable litter with both parents having great health scores they'll be very smart dogs, and very easy to live with. This will be a Fox Red Litter only.

 

We also have a second litter planned with Zeva, as Red's popularity grows we will use him again. This will be a mixed coloured litter of Blacks, Fox Reds through to Yellow.

Ace was born 14 Oct 2018. He was the result of a carefully planned mating between Grand Field Trial Champion Brynderin Ginger Bint, bred by our friends in NZ, Mr and Mrs Sinclair and my own Grand Retriever Champion Acolon Prince of Cypher aka Red.

Lady is an all American dog. She is very smart, super confident and full of life. Absolutely adores obedience, loves her work and minders Tom and Jan who live at Karalee.

Thunder is a muscular, strong, beautiful dark fox red stud weighing 35kgs. Thunder’s pedigree is stacked full of Field Champions and hunting titled dogs.

Redcypher Sporting Retrievers are delighted to have access to this great dog from the UK. He is a great marking dog, posses’ excellent memory, calm very quiet but with a sense of purpose when working or in the shooting field.
