Lady

Lady is an all-American dog, bred in New Zealand by Skylit Labradors. She is incredibly intelligent, highly confident, and full of energy. She absolutely loves obedience and enjoys working with her handlers, Tom and Jan, who reside in Karalee, QLD.

Tom is an instructor at the Ipswich Obedience Club, and Lady is his primary demonstration dog for his classes.

We are thrilled to have provided the Club with a highly fit and intelligent Labrador. It reinforces and validates our breeding program, showcasing another excellent example of a smart animal that seamlessly transitioned from Retrieving to Obedience.

Lady has proven to be an exceptional mother. Her puppies are remarkably confident and have gone on to accomplish unique tasks, whether as pets or in various working roles!

One of her puppies has become a PTSD therapy dog, another assists a Clinical Psychologist in group therapy training. One female now works in Bio Security at a National airport. Three more have joined retriever trialling homes, and some of her other puppies participate in scent detection competitions as well.

I have personally raised two of her dogs, Vanilla and Sammie, to be part of my future kennel. They are perfect in so many ways, and I couldn't have asked for better progeny and examples of working retrievers.
